NOVEMBER EMAIL FROM JULIE

Hi everyone, our new Marketing Manager Mimmi has suggested we create a monthly newsletter where we collate the monthly happenings for our group, so this is our first one. Hope you like it?

And if you have any suggestions for further inclusions, I’d be delighted to hear from you. Just send your suggestions to julie@thehartcentre.com.au

WHAT’S HAPPENING AT THE HART CENTRE?

This month we have our Clinical Excellence webinar, which I’ve been looking forward to putting together for a long time now, where we get to hear from our client’s 5 most popular therapists about what makes for great couples therapy. Save the date Wed 23 Nov. Read more about it below.

We also say goodbye to Maddie, and welcome Dianne our lovely new receptionist. No doubt you’ll all get to talk with Dianne in time. Its great to see that she’s a fast learner, because we’ve got some complicated processes here in Hart Central.

IT’S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAS

Please make sure you update your calendars with your Christmas opening hours in time for the holidays, to avoid disappointment.

WELCOME TO OUR NEW HART ASSOCIATES

Our Hart Centre family is growing! We would love to welcome our new associates, onboarding in October.

-Have a look at your Hart Centre profile. When did you last update it? Are you able to add any more interesting information, particular interests, recent trainings or specialties that will help your clients choose you as just the right therapist for them? The more specific information you add, the more rewarded you will be with clients who choose your particular interests.

-Google favours sites that are frequently updated, that includes your search on maps.
We would like to keep these pages as dynamic as possible, so adding
location photos and asking clients for reviews (not applicable for psychologists) can be strongly beneficial for your listing results.

WEBINAR TIME: CLINICAL EXCELLENCE IN
COUPLES THERAPY

We invite you to our Forum discussion where we have the great privilege of assembling our top 5 Couples therapists; those who have received the most positive feedback from our clients over the last year.

At this year’s Couples Conference in San Francisco in June, Dr William Doherty (Professor Family Social Science at Uni Minnesota, and marriage therapist) presented a session on common factors and best practices that characterize effective Couples Therapy.

OUR WEBINAR SPEAKERS

Our Hart Centre Therapists will discuss individually what they think are the most important factors in their practice and what in their estimations are the reasons why clients consistently report great benefit from their sessions.

This will be a grass roots discussion about what makes for the most effective couples therapy: How do we give our clients what they need, fully engage them, ensure their satisfaction, and encourage them to stay the course to gain the most benefit.

5 speakers – (15 mins each)

1. Joe Pisano

2. Noga Nicholaeff

3. Stuart Naughten

4. Melanie Kashadorian

5. Morgan Hayward

Questions – (15 mins)
